It’s hard to believe Christmas is right around the corner. Both of my kids love Christmas so I wanted to find some fun and easy ideas for them to do this Christmas that would point them to the real meaning of Christmas, Jesus.

We always try to bring in the real meaning of Christmas into everything we do during this time of year. I think it is so easy to get caught up in the gifts and shopping that we sometimes forget the real reason many of us celebrate this time of year.
My daughter especially always loves the story of Baby Jesus, so I wanted to find some ways to bring His story into our home more often.
NATIVITY SENSORY BIN
This Nativity Sensory Bin was a huge hit with my daughter. I wanted something she could hold and play with. She would retell the story and often ask questions about different parts of the story as she played. Plus it is a great sensory experience for little ones.
THREE WISE MEN INVITATION TO PLAY
Yes, there were most likely more than three wise men, so you could always make more of the little wooden men for this activity. I made my own scented play dough using essential oils and create the wise men out of wood.
